INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR A JOB CANDIDATE

Based on Article. 13.1 and 13.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”, I inform you that:

1) The data controller of your personal data is OT Logistics S.A. ul. Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, NIP:896-000-00-49 KRS:0000112069, part of the OT LOGISTICS Group, which includes the following entities: https://otlogistics.pl/en/about-us/who-we-are/.

3) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the law (including Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) and for the purpose of concluding an employment contract, in the scope of the following data: name and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place residence (correspondence address), education, employment history; personal data other than those provided above will be processed only on the basis of your voluntary consent.

4) The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of recruitment and future recruitment for the position for which you are applying or until the consent is withdrawn, by authorized employees and associates of OT Logistics S.A. and entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and third parties such as: providers of IT services and services related to human resources management authorized by the data controller under a separate agreement and acting in accordance with the data controller’s instructions. Your personal data may also be made available to entities from our OT Logistics Group, the list of which can be found at:  https://otlogistics.pl/en/about-us/who-we-are/.

5) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and future recruitments for a maximum of 3 months from the date of transfer of your personal data.

6) You have the right to request the data controller to access your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, and the right to transfer data, i.e. to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used IT format that gives is machine-readable and the right to object to the processing of your personal data; in order to exercise the indicated rights, please contact at the correspondence address: ul. 7) To the extent that your data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the correspondence address: ul. Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, mail: iod@logistics.pl.

8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

9) Providing your personal data referred to in the Labour Code and based on other relevant legal provisions is obligatory for the effective conduct of the recruitment process, and in the remaining scope is voluntary.

10) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
