Pavel Maroušek
CEO

Pavel Maroušek is an experienced industrial executive specializing in the management of organizations in the rail, manufacturing, and heavy industry sectors.

He has built his career leading and transforming companies operating in complex, highly regulated engineering and transport environments, combining strong operational expertise with strategic leadership and corporate oversight.

He currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Đuro Đaković Grupa d.d., a major industrial group active in rail, defence, and heavy engineering, where he is responsible for overall performance, organizational transformation, and strategic development.

He also serves on the Supervisory Boards of Vítkovické železniční opravny a.s. and VÍTKOVICKÁ DOPRAVA a.s., providing strategic oversight and supporting long-term development in rail transport and freight wagon maintenance.

Previously, he held senior leadership roles at VÍTKOVICKÁ DOPRAVA a.s. and VÍTKOVICKÉ ŽELEZNIČNÍ OPRAVNY, where he was responsible for executive management and the development of freight wagon maintenance operations.

Earlier in his career, he gained experience at ERMEWA SA, one of Europe’s leading freight wagon owners, as well as at LEGIOS and MOVO (part of ŠKODA Transportation), developing expertise in industrial operations, quality management, and manufacturing processes.

Jakub Kudýn
Management Board Member

Jakub Kudýn is an experienced finance and investment professional with extensive expertise in investment analysis, supervision of portfolio companies, and mergers and acquisitions projects. He currently serves as a Project Manager at J&T Finance Group and J&T Investiční společnost, a.s., and is also a member of the project and investment teams at J&T ARCH INVESTMENTS.

In the course of his professional career, he has been actively involved in investment processes and has held supervisory roles, including serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of BB Global a.s., as well as a member of investment committees. Previously, he was associated with J&T Finance Group as an analyst and gained earlier professional experience at KPMG, where he worked as an audit analyst.

He holds a master’s degree (engineering) in Financial Management and Accounting of Enterprises from the University of Economics in Prague and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Masaryk University in Brno. He also broadened his academic background through international exchange programs, including at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and Fachhochschule des BFI Wien.

Mr. Kudýn is a holder of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Martin Vozár
Management Board Member

Martin Vozar is an experienced manager and business leader with over 20 years of proven success in managing organizations and developing teams at an international level. He combines strategic expertise with a practical, hands-on operational approach, effectively supporting companies and institutions in achieving sustainable growth and improved efficiency.

He specializes in organizational transformation, structural optimization, and the implementation of modern, values-driven management models. His leadership style is based on motivating teams, building engagement, and creating organizational cultures that foster performance and innovation.

Throughout his career, he has held key executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia. He has also served as an advisor to the Minister of Transport of the Slovak Republic and as an independent consultant in the areas of strategy and business development. He currently oversees financial management at Verejné Prístavy a.s.

He gained professional experience both in Europe and the United States, working for renowned organizations such as Kimberly-Clark and Bekaert Corporation. This background provides him with a broad international business perspective and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments.

Martin Vozar holds an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He continuously develops his skills through executive education programs, including INSEAD.
