Group history

The key strategic assumption of the OT Logistics Group until 2023 is to focus on organic development based on the currently held port assets, as well as to offer comprehensive accompanying services, mainly the distribution of forwarding services. The main goal is to become a leader in the field of transport and logistic services in Central and Eastern Europe. In March 2023, the sale transaction of all Luka Rijeka shares held by the Group was finalized.

The stabilization strategy was announced and priority goals for 2020-2021 were formulated, including primarily the concentration of business on port operations, reduction of the debt level and planned final stabilization of the financial standing of the OT Logistics Group.
